Lehrmaterialwerkstatt zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit
Der ORCAthon 2026 richtet sich an alle Lehrenden, Projekte und Netzwerke, die – unabhängig vom Fach – an Nachhaltigkeitsthemen arbeiten. ORCA.nrw bietet an zwei halben Tagen den Rahmen, um gemeinsam über Lehrmaterialien zu fachsimpeln und sie weiterzuentwickeln. Ähnlich wie bei einem Hackathon wird auch an realen Lehrszenarien und Tools für die Lehre gearbeitet. Ein Beispiel bietet der ORCAthon 2025 im vergangenen Jahr. Das Besondere: Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer werden am 15. September von der Rechtsinformationsstelle ORCA.nrw und dem Kompetenzzentrum Digitale Barrierefreiheit / DoBuS unterstützt. Das Team der ORCA.nrw-Geschäftsstelle steht an beiden Tagen für technische Fragen rund um das LMS Moodle zur Verfügung. Zum LMS ILIAS besteht die Möglichkeit, Hilfe durch die TU Dortmund zu erhalten. Wenn Sie also für Ihr Vorhaben besondere Unterstützung benötigen, geben Sie diesen Bedarf bitte bei der Anmeldung zur Veranstaltung an, denn es gilt: Das genaue Programm der Veranstaltung bestimmen die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer durch ihr Material!

Teaching Materials Workshop on Sustainability
The ORCAthon 2026 will take place on and as part of the International Summer Convention at the University of Applied Sciences and Art Dortmund. This year’s convention centers on the theme of sustainability.
The ORCAthon 2026 is aimed at all educators, Projects and Networks — regardless of their discipline—who work on sustainability-related topics. Over two half-days, ORCA.nrw provides a framework for participants to exchange ideas about teaching materials, refine them, and further develop them. Like a hackathon, the event will also involve working on real teaching scenarios and tools for instruction. You can have a look at last year´s ORCAthon 2025 as a reference.
On September 15, participants will receive support from the Legal Information Office of ORCA.nrw. The ORCA.nrw office will be available to assist throughout both days. Participants actively co-create the program by engaging with the materials provided.
